R Ross asked:

By connecting a WEBCAM through USB, we can see the live image on computer monitor.
Similar to this setup, can we connect a Digital SLR Camera to the computer to see the live image on the monitor before clicking.
Or in other words, the image we see on the camera LCD screen should be available on the computer monitor.
This feature is available for professional cameras.
Can anyone suggest some digital SLR camera models in the $500 to $1000 range with this feature?

Hawaiian Nut asked:

I have become interested in learning to take and edit digital pictures but need a monitor that will help me acheive the best results and display the truest colors. When editing now I often get completely different results from a print than what was displayed on my monitor. I am about to purchase a new monitor and was wondering which would give me the best editing results.

I just dropped my fujifilm finepix s700 and the lcd screen is messed up. It’s white with black spotches at the top and lines. I know it’s busted. That’s the only thing wrong, the messed up screen. I know it won’t be cheap but how much would it cost to replace an lcd screen on my camera?

Baston Chowda asked:

We have a Canon Elph, and the LCD display on the back of the camera has a nasty scratch on it. Is there any product out there, that would remove the scratch?

This is not for the lens of the camera…just FYI. The lens is fine. It’s the digital LCD display in the back of the camera that is scratched up. Is there a product for LCD displays that gets rid of scratches?

Thanks!

Joe Private asked:

I have a Kodak Easyshare camera and there isn’t a setting for changing the screen brightness. When I shoot pictures outside during daylight, often I get a huge glare on the lcd screen. Often I have to take a picture and adjust the image after viewing the snapped photo. As for most LCD cameras, this camera doesn’t have a viewfinder.
