How can I turn the whole computer on yet the monitor is still blank and on?
Ive tried removing the plug which it connects to the monitor and put it back to its place, it always worked but now, it doesnt.
Well, I will describe. When I turned on the computer, the monitor is on too. But, when the computer is already running, the monitor is still blank (not screensaver.)

If the computer was disturbed in anyway such as being moved, dopped, bumped, etc, then this could have loosened a wire or board somewhere. If you have checked all cables and boards and they are fine, then it is often the motherboard. What you need to do is reset it.
You do this by opening up the computer and looking for the small flat silver looking thing. This is the motherboard battery for storing your computer’s BIOS settings. It is this that must be reset. Simply unplug the computer, wait 30 seconds or so for the residual power to disipate, and then pull the battery out. Once you do this, you wait about a minute, then put it back in and close everything up. Once this is done, turn the computer on and it should come up.
The problem is that this resets your BIOS and if you do not know the settings already, then you will need to find someone who does. Get a friend who is computer savy and tell them you need to reset your BIOS and they should be able to help you. Eagle1 Fox2
make sure that the hardware is enabled in the bios , sometimes it can be disabled. (usually delete, F1, or F12, while its turning on) mkjk5761
