		<description>ok... no easy answer here, bc WINDOWS (as it is) will not accept a WEBCAM as a desktop input... so...

you will have to disquise a streaming video as a JPG or another image device, and rig windows to update the bg image 20 times per second... 

this will esentially make your computer useless anyways, unless your Processor is a monster, and even then you will slow it down considerably.
