Hi, go to and download Spyware Doctor and that will fix anything that is watching your activities. Paul M
Getting spyware software is your best bet as a lot of keyloggers and other monitoring software can be hidden so you can’t find them on Add/remove programs. Look around at all your programs. If you see something suspicious google it see what it is. If you don;t find anything check all the icons at the bottom right corner of your screen. If you find soemthing suspicious there run it. If it needs a password google it and see what it is. If nothing else works but you know something is wrong I suggest calling in an expert.

I answered this before… Install a good antivirus that has the capability to check and remove such software. But best of all install Microsoft Malware Remover.
On how do you know if someone installed malicious software on your system, some malware becomes obvious, some are just there collecting your information, so you will not even know they are there on your system, Some can be seen on the add/remove software option but in most cases with the advancement in software now you will not even see any of the malware.. but they are there…
So I often advice that people should do a regular scanning of their computer and be careful sites they visit, what they download and where they put their flash. ADEWALE A
