Recently, my computer monitor could not display anything even though my cpu is working. The latest program installed in my computer is funshion and skype. Does my problem have anything to do with this?

I just posted a question about a wall mounted monitor, and the answer I recieved was overwelmingly that I could use a flat screen TV for a wall mounted monitor.

However, I don’t see how that’s possible. I’ve checked the backs of those things in the store, and I don’t see any way for them to connect to a computer.

How would I connect a CPU (desktop) to a TV?

Ok I had an old computer that it’s screen was one of those old ones and my friend said he could give me his Monitor since he doesn’t have internet he doesn’t need. But any ways I just wanted to know if i could get it to work with my old CPU.

I am not sure what brand monitor it is other than a dell flat screen. I have done everything I know how to do and I am usually pretty computer savvy. It just will NOT POWER OFF unless I turn off my computer CPU and then it powers off and when I turn on it powers on but will not power off when the CPU is still running. What can I do?

Does anyone knows how to connect my computer CPU to both TV and the computer monitor? What kind of cable is needed to connect? Do you need to edit any settings in the computer???
