I think it’s a V/A to VGA cable. Well whatever it is, where can I get it? And how much is it? I’m using a Dell monitor and I’m running Windows XP 2003 (I think) if that helps. I’d like to be able to use my computer as a TV for my xBox, but don’t know what exactly I need.
~~~ Thanks =)
Kimberly F asked:
I have a Dell computer monitor that is about 5 years old. About a year ago, it started shaking. Sometimes it is really bad, othertimes it is minimal or doesn’t happen at all. For example, right now, the only thing shaking is part of my toolbar. Any ideas? Thanks so much!!
Hello, I have a Dell Dimension computer and my Dell 15″ monitor power button is blinking green. Everything sounds normal, but my screen is black and I can’t see my desktop and the power button is blinking green non-stop.
I shut-down my computer, but my monitor power button is still flashing green. When I press on the power button to turn it off, it still blinks green. The only way I can get it to stop is to remove the plug for the surge protector outlet.
What does this mean? Have any of you experienced this?
Thanks so much.
I just got the Dell Insprion 1525-OS Vista. My other laptop the sony vaio has a docking station which can easily connect to additional perifials, keyboard/mouse, ect. It has been frustrating to learn the Dell laptop does not work with such a docking station. What do people do to connect the Dell Inspiron 1525 to another computer monitor without having to plug all these cables in and out… Dell should make something for this issue!
HARRY C asked:
When I turn off my computer I want my monitor to automatically hibernate (turn off) with yellow light instead of green, instead I have to press the button to make it go into hibernation mode. My older computer monitor did this automatically in case I forgot to turn it off when shutting down the computer.
