Something weird is wrong with my Computer monitor?
2+2=4 asked:
I have an IBM monitor and whenever I turn the monitor on it keeps blinking the IBM logo for an extended period of time; meaning I can’t even use my computer cause I can’t get to my desktop. Does anyone know what’s wrong with my monitor?
