My eyes get tired from computer monitor what to do?

I have to work with the computer a lot but after few hours in front of monitor my eyes are getting tired and I got sort of dull pain behind my eyes. My vision is OK, no glassess and I don’t have any other problems with my eyes. What do you do when your eyes get tired?

Since my brothers started to use the computer 18 hours a day and download a lot of computer games etc.,the monitor often dims and then the screen then becomes dark.Sometimes the screen also changes its color to green.And the only way we could fix it for a while is to hit it with whatever object we could see or reach.Please help me!!
