How do I tell my computer which monitor to use on boot?

I have a primary and secondary monitor for my computer. When my computer first boots up it always uses my secondary monitor (even in bios), but once I get into Windows it goes back to my primary monitor. How do I make my computer boot up with my primary monitor right away? Thanks

I have a computer brand new with a flat screen monitor, when i started the monitor goes to power safe mode message and the on light goes orange. Why wont my computer monitor work?

The monitor to my pc stoped working the other day. When I turn it on the monitor flashes on for an instant then turns off the power light will flicker a little bit then it will turn on and off again. I plugged a different monitor into my computer and it works fine. I plugged the monitor into the wall alone (no monitor plug to the computer) and it still does the same thing. The problem is not with the computer it’s with the monitor. Does anyone know how I can fix it?
