Where can I find an inexpensive Computer Monitor?

I am looking for an inexpensive Computer Monitor, preferably a LED Monitor, does anybody know a good site or retail store,possibly used store to get one. My monitor that I have is gone funny one, The picture sometimes shrinks to half size , then fuzzy lines appear and it goes back to normal. Is this a monitor that is ending its life or is it a computer issue. Your help would be great.

Yes it won’t last long needs a cap kit. Search for Free cycle in your area they give monitors away. LCD monitors reasonable priced if you get cheap one buy a service plan. You get what you pay for.
